PickSafe Privacy Policy

PickSafe processes your personal information as described below.

1. What we collect

When you sign in: email address, social login identifier (Google/Facebook)

While using the service: allergen/ingredients-to-avoid you register (this is health-related information, so we ask for separate consent), photos of ingredient labels you scan and the text recognized from them, search and saved-product history, inquiry content

Automatically: access logs, IP address

Guest mode: your allergen list and saved products are stored only in your browser, not on our servers. They are only transferred to our servers if you create an account.

2. Why we collect it

To provide login, ingredient-matching results, respond to inquiries, and improve the service. We don't use it for anything else.

3. Who we share it with

We use the following providers to run the service, and only share the minimum information needed:

These are companies based outside Korea, so your information may be transferred abroad as part of this.

4. How long we keep it

We delete your data promptly when you delete your account, except where law requires us to keep certain records longer.

5. Your rights

You can view, edit, or delete your allergen list and saved items anytime from your profile page. For anything else, contact us below.
